How Brown Rice Made Me Cry!

Morning 1 week 2.
Breakfast: brown rice and a green apple
I don’t like rice.
I’m standing in front of a half eaten bowl of brown rice after having what can only be described as a complete and utter meltdown!
who knew rice held such power hey
Im struggling, I really am. Totally out of my comfort zone food wise and I’m finding it so hard. I dislike most of the food I have to eat but I’m eating it, well trying to.
I’m scared. I’m scared I can’t do it. I’m scared that I’ll fail when I so desperately need this to work, to help mw lose this weight and change how I see and feel about food.
I’m scared I’ve taken on too much and I’m going to let them down and it’s only day 1 of week 2.
I know I have to do this but I’m scared im not strong enough and my dislike of the food part of this will cause me to fail and I don’t know what to do. I have to eat I can’t starve but I’m not sure if I can even finish this damn bowl of rice let alone this week.
I wonder if the others are struggling like me. Or are they enjoying it? Would love to find out.
I’m going to try, I have to try I owe it to myself to try, to my body, my health and wellbeing and for Olivia who deserves to have a happy healthy mummy.
So wish me luck as right now I need everything I can get!

      thanks jo, im really trying on this one so far so good and 7 weeks left. 5lb off and lost about 15in in total
